The ITS Implementation Plan will use operational scenarios to demonstrate the positive <br /> operational impacts that the projects will create. <br /> C. Coordination Meetings <br /> AECOM will participate in two(2)virtual coordination meetings related to task 5 with the City of Decatur <br /> team. The first will involve the identification of goals for this task and data collection. The second will <br /> involve review of task deliverables. <br /> Task 5 Deliverable(s) <br /> 1. ITS Stakeholder Outreach <br /> • Agendas and meeting notes for five (5)stakeholder interviews <br /> • Agenda and meeting notes for the stakeholder workshop <br /> 2. ITS Implementation Plan Technical Memorandum—AECOM will provide a draft and final plan. One (1) <br /> round of client edits/comments will be addressed. <br /> Task 6: Documentation <br /> The following outlines the work to develop the draft and final elements of TMP. <br /> A. Transportation Master Plan Report <br /> AECOM will compile the results/analysis from the previous tasks into a draft and final TMP report. The <br /> TMP will include the following: <br /> a. Project Summary and Sequencing <br /> AECOM will develop one-page project summaries for the twelve (12)concept designs and the <br /> five (5)technology improvements. The summaries will describe the proposed improvement and <br /> contain information that can be used by the City, or other agencies, in developing a scope of <br /> services for future projects, or for incorporating projects into the DUATS Transportation <br /> Improvement Program. The projects will also be summarized in an Excel file. <br /> The AECOM Team will review the potential improvements and will develop a proposed project <br /> sequencing, or high-level schedule to identify which improvements should occur first, or if <br /> certain projects should be combined into one larger project. <br /> b. High-Level Planning Cost Estimates <br /> AECOM will utilize the concept designs to develop high-level planning cost estimates. The <br /> AECOM Team will confirm standard unit costs with the City of Decatur and will use these unit <br /> costs to develop project level estimates(in current year dollars).AECOM will utilize a standard <br /> intersection calculation form to develop the cost estimates. <br /> c. Potential Funding Strategies <br /> For projects recommended by AECOM, AECOM will provide general information on potential <br /> funding strategies that the City, or other relevant agencies, can use to support efforts to <br /> construct/implement the recommended projects. AECOM will also use its best efforts to work <br /> with the City to identify recommended projects that could potentially be eligible for specific <br /> grants or other funding sources/opportunities, and if applicable, AECOM may identify next steps <br /> to help the City's efforts in pursuing such opportunities.AECOM cannot guarantee that all <br /> 9 <br />
