OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 2015 upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Billy Tyus, Assistant City Manager, <br /> to modify and amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, the same being <br /> Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, by amending Sections XVI., M-1 INTENSE <br /> COMMERCIAL/LIGHT INDUTRIAL DISTRICT and XXIV., Off-Street Parking and <br /> Loading Requirements thereof, so that said Sections XVI. and XXIV. as modified and <br /> amended shall provide as set forth below. <br /> XVL M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District <br /> D. Performance Standards <br /> 4. Outdoor storage; screening <br /> Any outdoor storage of equipment or materials, other than <br /> vehicles for sale, must be enclosed by a six-foot high fence, six- <br /> foot high hedge or similar landscape materials, or an appropriate <br /> combination thereof.
