Outdoor storage; screening. <br /> Any outdoor storage of equipment or materials that is visible from the street, other than <br /> vehicles for sale, must be screened by a six-foot high site break fence,six-foot high hedge <br /> or similar landscape materials, or an appropriate combination thereof. This applies to any <br /> outdoor storage that is-located on property within 200 feet of any property that is zoned R- <br /> 1 R-2 R-3 R-5 R-6 PMR-1 0-1 B-1 B-2 B-3 and PD or any non-industrial use in the <br /> cily limits or neighboring jurisdiction. Measurements shall be made from the nearest point <br /> ion the propertylot lines of each property. <br /> SECTION XXIV.I.6 <br /> Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements-Loading Space Requirements <br /> 6.Adequate access required. <br /> Each loading space shall be served by appropriate means of vehicular access to a street or alley <br /> in a manner which will not require backing or other traffic movements on a public street. This <br /> requirement May waived by the Public Works Department when unique circumstances are <br /> present. <br /> SECTION XXIV.D.7.c <br /> i <br /> Off'-Street Parking and Loading Requirements-Design of Parking Spaces and Lots- <br /> Surface <br /> I <br /> c.Paving for Intense Commercial/Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial Districts. <br /> All parking areas, driveways and aisleways used for traffic circulation in the M-1 and M-2 <br /> districts shall be paved with a minimum of two (2) inches of Class I asphalt over a six(6)inch <br /> aggregate base, or an equivalent surface approved by the Public Works Department. All storage <br /> yards and storage areas shall be paved with a minimum of two (2)four 4 inches of all-weather <br /> surface, or an equivalent surface approved by the Public Works Department. Drive, aysand <br /> aisleways used for traffic circulation within storage yards and storage areas shall be paved with a <br /> minimum of two (2)inches of Class 1 asphalt over a six(6)inch aggregate base, or an equivalent <br /> surface approved by the Public Works Department. The Public Works Department may approve <br /> an engineer designed all-weather surface for the entirety of the storage yard or storage area in <br /> lieu of paved driveway(s) and/or aisleway(s). <br />
