Number of stories: 10 for one main building; 7 for all other buildings <br /> vi. Maximum height: 120 feet one main building; 75 feet for all other buildings. <br /> 6. Signage <br /> a. Identifying signs: For the purpose of this section,an"identifying sign"is a freestanding <br /> sign that identifies and advertises the PST-SPD as a whole. <br /> i. Number: The PST-SPD may have two (2) identifying signs. One (1)North of <br /> Grove Road and one (1) South of Grove Road. <br /> ii. Maximum Area: 80 square feet. <br /> iii. Maximum Height: 15 feet. <br /> iv. Minimum Setback: Ten(10) feet <br /> V. Illumination: Such sign may be illuminated but non-flashing if located a <br /> minimum of 25 feet from any side or rear lot line of a lot used for residential <br /> purposes. <br /> vi. Two (2) Electronic Message Unit signs shall be permitted. One (1)North of <br /> Grove Road and one (1) South of Grove Road. <br /> The two (2) permitted Electronic Message Unit signs shall not exceed fifteen (15) <br /> feet in height and shall not exceed eighty(80) square feet in area. The Electronic <br /> Message Unit portion of the sign shall not exceed fifty(50)square feet in area. The <br /> Electronic Message Unit shall be dimmed to fifty percent(50%)between the hours <br /> of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br /> b. Individual building signs: Each individual building within the PST-SPD may have a <br /> freestanding sign or signs identifying the name, use, purpose and/or tenants of the <br /> building, subject to the requirements below: <br /> i. Number per Building: One (1); however, a building located on a corner that <br /> has access drives to each street may have two (2) signs, located near or <br /> approximate to each access drive. <br /> ii. Maximum Area: 80 square feet <br /> iii. Maximum Height: Ten(10) feet <br /> iv. Minimum Setback: Ten(10) feet <br /> V. Illumination: Such sign may be illuminated but non-flashing if located a <br /> minimum of 25 feet from any side or rear lot line of a lot used for residential <br /> purposes. <br /> c. Wall Signs: Wall signs shall be subject to the requirements of Section XXV.E of the <br /> City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance. <br />
