No. 22-03 <br /> April 7, 2020 <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends approval of the addition of land to this SPD Special Planned Development District for <br /> Public Safety Training with the attached Development Parameters established in Ordinance No. 2020-95. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> Section XIX.2.D.2. of the City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance requires the Plan Commission to hold a public <br /> hearing to review the Special Planned Development plan and report its findings concerning the effect on the <br /> comprehensive plan and compliance with the standards of review to the City Council.
