RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) EXPENDITURES <br /> FOR OWNER-OCCUPIED REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the allocation of the American Rescue Plan Act(ARPA)to be used for <br /> the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program be hereby approved, adopted and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager, Director of Community Development and/or Asst. <br /> Directors, and the City Clerk be, are hereby recognized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> Agreements and expenditures related to funds received from the U.
