In the event actual conditions <br /> significantly vary from our assumptions,then a fair adjustment to the price is expected.These include: <br /> ➢ Physical conditions significantly different that could be determined from a reasonable inspection <br /> of the worksite and/or information supplied by customer. <br /> ➢ Inability to start work to have reasonably uninterrupted access to Bodine Electric's work until <br /> completed. <br /> ➢ Reasonably prompt resolution of any questions that may arise during the work, including any <br /> necessary approvals by the customer or its agents. <br /> ➢ This estimate is valid for 30 days. <br /> ➢ Standard insurance coverage currently in effect at the time of submission.
