Services Fees <br /> The services outlined in this SOW are being provided at a fixed cost of$55,276.40.The Services and assumptions <br /> included in this SOW are described in Pricing Summary reference number BMR#24237-22 v2 May 3,2022,which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> ITRON will invoice CUSTOMER monthly,per the below schedule. <br /> Services Delivery Fixed Fee" <br /> Milestone 1:Completion of Project Kickoff $15,000.00 <br /> Milestone 2:Completion <br /> 0 f Interface Assessment $10,000.00 <br /> Milestone 3:Completion of CCFN Setup and Itron Functional Testing $15,000.00 <br /> Milestone 4:Completion of Remote Software Training $5,276.40 <br /> Milestone 5:Transition to Support $10,000.00 <br /> Total $55,276.40 <br /> If at any point, there is reason to believe that this amount will be exceeded; ITRON will immediately notify <br /> CUSTOMER as to the changes in the estimate and issue a Change Order as described in Change Control <br /> Process, which will be approved by CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER shall pay all taxes, if any, due for Services <br /> provided by ITRON to CUSTOMER under this Scope of Work. <br /> These fees are based upon ITRON's recommended engagement approach, ITRON standard travel policy, <br /> staffing levels,scope of the Project and Project Schedules as outlined in this SOW. Modifications to any of these <br /> factors will result in changes to the estimated fees. Any changes that affect ITRON's engagement approach, <br /> staffing levels,scope of the Project and Project Schedules will follow the Change Control Process. If the Project <br /> surpasses the expected Project duration of five(5)months, calculated from the Project start date, an additional <br /> eight(8)hours(at standard Program Management hourly rate)will be applied to support the Project each week <br /> until completion. <br /> Statement of Work—City of Decatur,IL Confidential Page 16 of 22 <br />
