A lack of preparedness of our school age Youth (12 - 18 years) for the expectations and <br /> rigors of education, employment, or vocational disciplines exists. As result, the community has <br /> experienced elevated levels of disharmony&violence.The goal of this project to make available <br /> a service designed to significantly alter the thinking and ultimately the behaviors which lead up to <br /> discord. By improving the cognitive behavioral knowledge and critical thinking skills we intend to <br /> improve one's resiliency and level of happiness which will help them during their transition to <br /> adulthood. <br /> I.
