IV. Project Description <br /> a. General Description of the Project <br /> This project centers around enhancing the resiliency of our youth via wellness training.This <br /> training focuses on delivering inner personal change management techniques, effective <br /> general work ethic principles and expectations.This training includes exposure to cognitive <br /> psychology theory,while reinforcing the principles and values of DPS61.Meditation,conflict <br /> resolution,effective affirmation development and goal setting techniques are also a part of <br /> the training.Our training also provides local Leaders& Employers with a similar curriculum <br /> which encourages uniformity,cultural sensitivity,awareness and wellness techniques which <br /> promote healthy long-term relationship. <br /> We designed the curricula to facilitate intrapersonal change within individuals and cultural <br /> change within organizations. <br /> b. Methods of Recruitment <br /> Our process of recruitment includes working directly with DPS61 to identify individuals, <br /> either administrative or student,to participate in the Leadership Development training. <br /> V. Project Timeline <br /> Our services are delivered in-person, with sessions being scheduled as frequently as needed <br /> and in conjunction with the State of Illinois' latest Covid-19 guidelines. A virtual license also <br /> accompanies the participation. The Tjaty Group will work with concerned local entities to <br /> determine the demand and frequency of the cohorts.This proposal targets the just two of the <br /> district's organizations mentioned above,which includes a 2-hour refresher within the first 6 <br /> months after the initial training. <br /> Each of our courses are broken up into four 4-hour sessions,totaling of 16 hours.Our current <br /> availability includes the following: <br /> Page 12 <br />
