Qty one(1)Allen Bradley 1756-L83E PLC Processor <br /> Fee — Please select the desired scope and fee below <br /> ❑ Our fee for the above scope is a lump sum of$291,580. <br /> Option 1 Spare Parts is a lump sum of$12,220 <br /> ❑ Our fee for the above scope,including Option 1 Only is a lump sum of$303,800. <br /> Option 2 Spare Processor is a lump sum of$12,570 <br /> ❑ Our fee for the above scope,including Option 1 and Option 2 is a lump sum of$316,370. <br /> This agreement is valid for 90 days from the date issued. <br /> Concentric Assumptions / Customer Responsibilities <br /> 1. Customer will assign an initial project manager at the project kickoff meeting. <br /> 2. Customer will run the equipment controlled by SCC1,SCC1A,and SCC6 in hand during the installation and <br /> startup of the new control panel(s) <br /> 3. Customer will provide site access for installation, programming, and startup during Customer's normal <br /> business hours. Work outside of Customer's normal business hours can be agreed upon as needed, <br /> provided Concentric can secure the site(s) upon departure. <br /> 4. Customer understands that all existing equipment to remain is assumed to be in good,working order. In <br /> the event that any other equipment does not perform as-expected, Concentric will work with the <br /> Customer to repair,as-needed,under a separate contract. <br /> 5. Customer will dispose of/recycle any removed equipment. <br /> 6. Customer understands that software/materials purchased outside Concentric may require regular <br /> support, and it will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to identify support costs for future <br /> budgeting purposes. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> Our estimated project schedule will be agreed upon at the project kickoff meeting. <br /> Project 9 212493 Page No.4 <br />
