Premiera lead times are <br /> dependent on what items they are stocking. Premiere in items have a 3 to 4 week lead time Out of stock items can have a 6 to 12 week lead <br /> time,depending on the finish Wiley Office operations staff will contact you after receiving the furniture to coordinate delivery. <br /> The manufacturer controls the lead time on the furniture and determines the shipping method. There is not an expedited shipment method available. <br /> TERMS <br /> 50%deposit at time of order unless otherwise specified Certain manufacturers may require prepayment or a larger deposit Balance due Net <br /> 15 unless otherwise specified. Furniture held at my warehouse due to client issues(not ready,construction delays,etc.)will be invoiced upon furniture <br /> arrival. Items can be held at Wiley Office warehouse for up to 30 days without storage charges. Storage will be chargeable after 30 days. A series of <br /> agreed upon progress payments in required for large projects,with 5%retainage withheld while resolving punchlist items. <br /> SALES TAX <br /> All orders are subject to sales tax at the current City of Springfield rate unless there is a State of Illinois sales tax exemption number(issued by the <br /> Illinois Department of Revenue)on file. State of Illinois public entities are not subject to Illinois sales tax. <br /> VALID QUOTE <br /> This auote is valid for 30 days,unless there is a current commercial,governmental,educational or healthcare contract in place. After 30 days,prices <br /> are subject to change based on manufacturer price increases or other market conditions such as tariffs and surcharges. <br /> DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION <br /> Delivery and installation services are quoted for regular working hours(between 8am and 5pm,Monday through Friday). Work outside those hours is <br /> subject to overtime rates,if a crew is available. Additional delivery/installation tasks outside of the quoted scope of work will be chargeable at standard <br /> time and material rates. <br /> Wiley Office Furniture installers will not handle any items other than office furniture. Wiley Office staff will not handle appliances,computers,electronics <br /> or other personal items. <br /> Wiley Office staff will not dis-connect or re-connect any wiring or cabling and are not licensed electricians. Electricians and/or data cabling work is the <br /> responsibility of the client unless a different arrangement is coordinated with Wiley Office prior to the start of the project. <br /> WARRANTY <br /> Manufacturer's warranty applies to their items. Wiley Office will support those warranties as defined by the manufacturer. Wiley Office Furniture will <br /> provide no-charge warranty repair for the first 90 days for all parts and labor on new items,in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. Used furniture <br /> does not have warranty and is sold as-is. <br /> RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS <br /> Product returned within 30 days of delivery/installation not due to Wiley Office mistake or manufacturer defect/mistake will be subject to a 50%to 100% <br /> re-stocking charge(depending on the manufacturer).
