HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Northeast Community Fund, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, and its <br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss damage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property <br /> damage,injury to, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property, 100 Block of North Merchant Street, for the Farm to Fund event on <br /> the following date and time: <br /> Saturday, September 17, 2022 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 midnight <br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers,agents, employees,and registrants. <br /> Furthermore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate, for property damage,and personal and bodily injury,including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
