As you know, the manager has not received a pay raise since first accepting his <br /> position in 2 <br /> p 019; he requested no increase at his last evaluation as we were in the midst of the pandemic <br /> and finances were very uncertain. This increase brings his base salary more into line with other city <br /> managers in Illinois in communities of similar size.
