AECOM will attend the pre-bid meeting and assist the City in presenting the <br /> prospective bidders with an overview of the project scope, review of the <br /> instructions to bidders, and the general conditions of the construction contract. <br /> AECOM will respond to inquiries and questions from contractors, manufacturers, <br /> and other interested parties. The fee estimate is based on receiving 50 <br /> questions during the bidding period with additional hours to distribute and track <br /> the responses. Questions and responses will be documented, filed, and <br /> transmitted to the City as requested. AECOM will prepare two addenda to clarify <br /> requirements of the contract and will distribute the Addenda to all parties that <br /> obtained bidding documents. <br /> AECOM will review the contractor's bids submitted for general conformance and <br /> the ability to conduct the work. AECOM will prepare a bid tabulation summarizing <br /> each contractor's bid. Tabulations will be broken down into the major <br /> components that were identified in the contract documents.
