RESOLUTION NO. R_ 0 - �$ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 3 FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> NORTHWATER CONSULTING FOR LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN CITY PROJECT 2019-38 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Amendment No. 3 presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and <br /> made part of hereof, between Northwater Consulting and the City of Decatur, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Amendment No. 3 between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Northwater <br /> Consulting for a cost not to exceed $880,585.76. <br /> Section 3.
