2. Article X(A). Article X(A)of the CBA which is a list of observed holidays is appended to <br /> add Juneteenth as an observed holiday. <br /> 3. Article XXXI.Article XXXI of the CBA regarding Termination is struck in its entirety and <br /> replaced with the following: <br /> "ARTICLE XXXI <br /> TERMINATION <br /> This Agreement shall be effective on May 1,2017 and shall remain in full force and effect <br /> for a period often 10) years and eight (8) months until the 31st day of December, 2027. This <br /> Agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall <br /> notify the other in writing at least ninety(90) days prior to the anniversary date that it desires to <br /> modify this Agreement. In the event such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than <br /> sixty(60)days prior to the anniversary date." Em hasis added to changes) <br /> 4. Ratification of Prior Agreement. Except to the extent modified by this MOU,all terms and <br /> conditions of the CBA shall remain in full force and effect.
