Salary Schedules. (E) On January 1, 2021, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be increased by one and three-quarter percent(1.75%),which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. (F) On January 1, 2022, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be increased by one and four-tenth percent (1.4%), which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. (G) On January 1. 2023, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and stens shall be increased by three and one-half percent (3.5%), which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. At the next regularly scheduled payroll following January 1 2023 Employees subiect this this Agreement shall additionally receive a one-time bonus of one- half percent(.5%)of their annualized 2023 compensation. (H) On January 1, 2024, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be increased by one and four-tenth percent (1.4%), which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. (I) On January 1, 2025, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be increased by one and four-tenth percent (1.4%), which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. (J) On January 1, 2026, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be increased by one and three-quarter percent(1.75%),which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. (K) On January 1, 2027, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be increased by two percent(2.0%),which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. (L) In the event non-bargaining unit members receive a common increase in their base pay during the term of this agreement inexcess ofthepercentages hereinabove set forth,excluding promotions and merit pay,bargainingunit members shallreceive anannual salary adjustment ofthesamepercentage. (M) Between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, the Employer reserves the right, upon written notice to the Union,to re-open and renegotiate financial and economic provisions of the Agreement only,including,but not limited to Articles XXI and XXIV,unless the parties mutually agree to re-open other non-financial and economic provisions. If Employer re- opens any financial or economic provision of this Agreement prior to December 31, 2021 and the parties do not reach mutual agreement on such re-opened financial or economic provisions this Agreement shall terminate upon Employer providing ninety(90)day notice to the Union."
