RESOLUTION NO. �U 2� — 19 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND/OR ECONOMIC & <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO AMEND AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SHEMILAH OUTREACH CENTER FOR THE "CLEAN-UP GREEN-UP INITIATIVE" <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the "Clean-Up, Green-Up Initiative", is a community program designed <br /> to empower residents and youth by providing the resources, tools, work experience, and <br /> guidance to remove litter, debris, overgrown shrubs, trees, tree removal, electronics, and grass <br /> cutting to enhance our community. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager, Director of Economic & Community Development <br /> and/or Asst.
