SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, ALBERTA L. CLARK, a widow, (hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "Owner") is the Owner of the following described pre- <br /> mises: <br /> A part of Lot 1 of Clarks' Subdivision in the S.E. <br /> k of the S.W. k of Section 5, and the N.E. k of the <br /> N.W. k of Section 8, all in Township 16 North, Range <br /> 3 East of Third Principal Meridian, Except by Deeds <br /> 501/28 and 795/274, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, <br /> Page 72, and as per Deed recorded in Book 1062, Page <br /> 97 of the Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County. <br /> WHEREAS, the SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, (here- <br /> inafter referred to as the "District") desires to construct and <br /> maintain an intercepting sewer over and through part of the above- <br /> described premises (see plat attached hereto) ; <br /> ,AND, WHEREAS, the Owner through her attorney and the District <br /> through its attorney have negotiated a settlement concerning the <br /> granting of an easement to the District; <br /> Amn, WHEREAS, the Owner has signed an Easement dated <br /> day of l_ - , 1967, giving the District the right to con- <br /> struct and maintain said intercepting sewer; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of the <br /> Easement by the Owner to the District, the District agrees to <br /> do the following: <br /> 1. To pay to the Owner upon the signing of this <br /> Agreement the sum of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) as com- <br /> pensation for the loss of rental income realized by the keep- <br /> ing of a pony upon the premises for someone other than the <br />
