2 <br /> 2. To allow the Owner or her successors to fill the <br /> area over the intercepting sewer to a maximum height of 25 feet <br /> over said sewer. <br /> 3. To provide a stub or "Y" in the intercepting <br /> sewer at a place t4 be designated by the Owner prior to construc- <br /> tion of said sewer. This stub or ' i" will be provided so that <br /> the Owner can connect the lateral sewer line now servicing her <br /> residence on said premises into the intercepting sewer. <br /> 4. To allow the Owner a connection into each manhole <br /> in the intercepting sewer system constructed within the boundaries <br /> of her property. These outlets at the manholes will be provided <br /> by the District either at the time of construction or at a later <br /> time whichever the Qwner should desire. ,At whatever time the Owner <br /> should indicate , the connections will be placed in a position <br /> designated by the Owner or her successors . <br /> 5. To repair the fence around the area in which the <br /> sewer is constructed so that when construction is completed the <br /> Owner can continue to use the ground as pasture for the keeping <br /> of animals , if she so desires . <br /> IT IS UNDERSTOOD between the parties that all costs of <br /> connecting into the intercepting sewer or into the manholes will <br /> be the burden of the Owner and that the District is merely pro- <br /> viding the place at which connections can be made by the Qwner. <br /> IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD that all connections made into <br /> thA inVArrPnrina aPwPr wi i i hP maAA i,nap.r rhP rAcri11 At_i nnQ and <br />
