<br /> PROTECTION PROGRAM AGREEMENT
<br /> In consideration of the foregoing recitals,the mutual covenants and agreements
<br /> hereinafter set forth,and for good and valuable consideration,the receipt,sufficiency and
<br /> adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged,this Agreement("Agreement") is entered into by
<br /> and between Lawrence H. Shackelford, Trustee of the Lawrence H. Shackelford Trust
<br /> ("Owner")and the City of Decatur, Illinois,an Illinois municipal corporation("City"). The
<br /> parties agree as follows:
<br /> 1. Owner agrees to participate in City's Lake Decatur Watershed Protection("Program")
<br /> for soil erosion control,nutrient management and water quality improvements for property they
<br /> own located in Macon, County,Illinois more particularly described as
<br /> Parcel III: The South East Quarter of the North East Quarter and the North East Quarter of
<br /> the South West Quarter of the North East Quarter, all in Section Thirty four (34), Township
<br /> Seventeen (17), Noy-Ili, Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M., EXCEPT the following tracts:
<br /> A. The East 233.5 feet of the North 560 feet of the Southeast % of the Northeast '/_, of Section
<br /> 34;
<br /> B. The South 275 feet of the East 792 feet of the Southeast %of the Northeast % of said
