Owner shall plan,install, and maintain the erosion control capabilities for all Project, and implement all other necessary work for Project set forth in Exhibit 1 in accordance with the technical specifications and in compliance with the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service maintenance requirements for a minimum of ten(10) years and a minimum of twenty-five(25)years for any and all retention structures following the date of final completion of Project as determined by the City.
