ADDITIONS AND DELETIOMS <br /> CHAPTER 52 <br /> -ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR— <br /> 4. LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS. Classes of local liquor licenses are hereby <br /> established and are hereby authorized as follows:... <br /> ...Class E, under which the licensee may only be the State or a department, agency, or <br /> instrumentality thereof, or a unit of local government, and alcoholic liquor may be sold only for <br /> consumption on the licensed premises, or on other premises owned by a licensed unit of local <br /> government if at a specific, non-continuous event such as a wedding reception, private party or <br /> charity benefit, or a sport/athletic tournament not to exceed a three day consecutive period; or to a <br /> licensed food service company contracted for a period of five years or more with an institution of <br /> higher learning accredited through the Higher Learning Commission of NCA (a commission of <br /> the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools) for use at said accredited institution and <br /> only for purposes related to theatre= and cultural, or sports/athletic events of the accredited <br /> institution of higher learning; wherever or however said licensed or other premises are situated or <br /> however classified for zoning purposes within the City. <br />
