STAFF <br /> Randall Farwell <br /> Project Manager <br /> Mr. Farwell has 36 years experience in transportation and transit planning,operations , <br /> and management, including BRT, bus,commuter rail, light rail, Flex,human service and �} <br /> mobility-on-demand(MOD)services. He develops transit service,system redesign,TDPs, <br /> COAs,corridor studies,NEPA and FTA documentation and the application of technology to Education <br /> real-time transit services. He served as Director of Planning at the Central Florida Regional Master of Urban Planning, <br /> Transportation Authority(LYNX)and Planning Manager at the Potomac&Rappahannock Virginia Tech <br /> Transportation Commission. He was also instrumental in the start-up of the Virginia Railway <br /> Express commuter rail(1992)and developed OmniLink Flex,the first technology based Flex BS in Urban Studies, <br /> service(1994). Mr. Farwell has pioneered applications of technology to transit scheduling, Texas Christian University <br /> planning,on-demand operations.The Community Transportation Association of America <br /> named Randy one of 15 Innovators in Transportation in 2015.
