RESOLUTION NO. R2023- i4 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE <br /> TERMS AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR AND HAVING A BALL PRODUCTIONS FOR <br /> LAKE FEST 2023 EVENT MANAGEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to negotiate terms and execute an <br /> agreement between the City of Decatur and Having a Ball Productions for Lake Fest 2023 Event <br /> Management. <br /> Section 2.
