James, Chief Financial Officer <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing Signatory Authority Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund <br /> Appointment of Authorized Agent <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> City Administration recommends City Council approval of the attached Council Resolution, <br /> whereas such resolution will designate Sarah E. Walker, City Comptroller, as its Authorized Agent <br /> with the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund ("IMRF"). <br /> Mr. Gregg Zientara has served as Authorized Agent since the employment resignation of the City <br /> Comptroller in early 2022. The appointment of Mr. Zientara was in an interim capacity, whereby, <br /> upon replacement of the City Comptroller position, the new Comptroller would by appointment <br /> and action of the City Council, serve as the city Authorized Agent. <br /> Page ?of 1 <br />
