The AECOM Team will develop a draft cost estimate specific to items to be cost-shared with <br /> the NSRR. The AECOM Team will also attend two coordination meetings, provide guidance <br /> on coordinating with the NSRR,and respond to NSRR comments on the draft cost estimate <br /> as well as prepare a final cost estimate. <br /> c. The AECOM Team will review the NSRR and City of Decatur draft railroad agreement <br /> documentation. <br /> 4) Coordination with ICRR <br /> a. The AECOM Team will submit three(3)revised railroad permit applications to the ICRR. <br /> The revisions will include additional ICRR coordination along with revisions to the design <br /> of the jacking and boring pits for the storm sewer and water main work,which included <br /> additional utility review to avoid other utility conflicts. <br /> b. The AECOM Team will review the ICRR and City of Decatur draft railroad agreement <br /> documentation. <br /> 5) Coordination with ADM <br /> a. Following preparation of the January 2021 PS&E,ADM raised a concern about the depth of <br /> their fiber optic(FO)line under the proposed re-alignment of Harrison St. (west leg). The <br /> AECOM Team will review their concern and provided feedback so they could decide on <br /> relocating their facility. <br /> 6) Coordination with Fiber Optic Utility Company <br /> d. The AECOM team will review and coordinate Metro Communications relocations after <br /> Metro determined they would not be able to install their relocated facility beneath the NSRR. <br /> 7) Coordination with Telephone Utility Company <br /> a. The AECOM team will review and coordinate with AT&T regarding their relocated facility <br /> conflict with the Ameren utility poles. <br /> 8) The AECOM Team will review proposed utility plan relocation layouts for the following utilities to <br /> identify any potential conflicts between the utility's proposed relocation plan and the subject project <br /> design: <br /> a. Ameren Electric Distribution <br /> b. AT&T permit review and providing the City of Decatur and AT&T with northings/eastings <br /> of the proposed ROW <br /> c. Comcast <br /> d. Windstream <br /> Update PS&E to the July 2021 Letting <br /> The AECOM Team will update the contract plan submittal for the July 2021 letting as described below in <br /> further detail: <br /> - Plans: The AECOM Team will provide engineering design services required for the preparation of <br /> Construction Documents for the bridge and roadway construction. The AECOM Team will update <br /> the contract plans (255 sheets)for the July 2021 letting. This will include the following items: <br /> o Coordination with IDOT regarding the creation of Bureau of Local Roads pay item numbers <br /> for the July 2021 letting for 21 pay items. <br /> o Review of IDOT BDE and BLRS pay items for the July 2021 letting and updating the pay <br /> items and quantities on the SOQ, Schedules,and plan callouts to reflect any changes include <br /> the BLRS pay items and names provided by IDOT. <br /> 3 Supplement 2 05/09/2023 <br />
