Submit accurate and timely invoices at a minimum, quarterly. <br /> 2. Promptly respond to inquiries by Grantor. <br /> 3. Promptly notify Project Manager identified in Exhibit D of project delays and cause of said delays. <br /> 4. Completion of the BOBS 2832 form as required in PART TWO-THE GRANTOR-SPECIFIC TERMS, Reporting. <br /> 5.
