- Crisis response workers will track the number of times follow up information is <br /> shared, if questions are asked, the number of victim compensation packets they <br /> assist with <br /> Data will be collected regarding the number of individuals that engage in <br /> counseling services <br /> - Crisis Response workers will collect observable data regarding parents demeanor <br /> at specific intervals following their crisis (i.e. at the crisis support workers first <br /> interaction with the individual, at 1 week following the crisis, at 1 month following <br /> the crisis) <br /> Service satisfaction surveys will be sent to all who engage at a specific time <br /> frame following their crisis. <br /> Budget Needs <br /> - Current funding which began October 2022 was provided through United Way, <br /> Ballance Foundation, the City of Decatur, and the Illinois Attorney General Office <br /> through the Violent Crimes Victim Assistance Act (VCVA) <br /> - Continued funding for the next year has been secured with United Way, Balance <br /> Foundation, and Illinois Attorney General VCVA program. <br /> - Funding is being sought from the City of Decatur to maintain the program at <br /> current level. At minimum the program requests $30,000 of the $90,000 reflected <br /> in Budget page 091-408-4970 revenue line to maintain existing program. <br /> This funding is necessary to maintains salaries and program operating expenses, <br /> cover the cost of immediate needs for families such as shelter, food, and <br /> clothing as well as to pay for counseling services. <br />
