ADDENDUM NUMBER 01 <br /> All prospective Bidders for the City of Decatur, Illinois, William Street Pump Station Improvements, <br /> City Project 2022-17, are directed to the following additions and/or modifications to the original <br /> advertised "Project Manual, Specifications and Construction Plans". The documents are dated <br /> August 2023. This addendum forms a part of the bidding and contract documents and requires <br /> acknowledgement by the Bidder of receipt in the space provided on Page 16 of the Project Manual <br /> Bid Proposal. <br /> ' SPEC. SECTION <br /> ITEM and/or PLAN DESCRIPTION <br /> ' SHEET(s) <br /> In Detail B3 — PLAN AT BASEMENT FLOOR, the PUMP <br /> 1 Sheet D-101 CONTROL VALVE (EXISTING) is labeled with Piping Legend #9. <br /> DELETE the label with number 9. The valve does not have <br /> asbestos insulation to be removed. <br /> ' ADD the following sentence at the end of NOTE 1: Insulation on <br /> 2 Sheet D-101 all piping shall remain in place except for removal at the five <br /> Claval valves and the proposed flow meter. <br /> ' ADD the following at the end of Note 3: <br /> 11. Surface preparation and coating shall be in accordance with <br /> ' 3 Sheet D-101 Item 4 of this Addendum No. 1.
