single family residential shall incur a SWSC according to the following <br /> formula: <br /> Monthly Charge e =Base Fee+Usage Fee <br /> g <br /> (Usage Fee=number of ERUs x ERU Rate) <br /> 3. Effective January 1, 2024, the Monthly Charge shall be: <br /> Base Fee $4.00 <br /> Usage Fee $0.88 x Number of ERUs <br /> Total Monthly Fee $4.00+ ($0.88 x ERUs) <br /> 4. Effective January 1, 2025, the Monthly Charge shall be: <br /> Base Fee $5.00 <br /> Usage Fee $1.10 x Number of ERUs <br /> Total Monthly Fee $5.00+ ($1.10 x ERUs) <br /> 5. Effective May 1, 2026, and continuing annually on May 1 thereafter, <br /> Stormwater Charges for Base Fees and Usage Fees contained in this Chapter <br /> will increase by 2.5 percent or by the annual percentage change of the U.S. <br /> Department of Labor Midwest Urban Consumer Price Index for each <br /> corresponding January 1 to December 31 of the preceding year, whichever <br /> is greater. The City Council must authorize any annual increase that is 5.0 <br /> percent or higher. <br /> 6. Qualified credits shall reduce the amount of ERUs chargeable to a parcel <br /> according to the provisions in the following section and the Storm Water <br /> Credit Regulations. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the <br /> provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to be published <br /> in pamphlet form according to law. <br />
