Oakland and Grand Sewer Separation Project <br /> Fairview Park Storm Sewer <br /> City Project 2021-01 <br /> November 13, 2023 <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 2 <br /> TO PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> OAKLAND AND GRAND SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> FAIRVIEW PARK STORM SEWER <br /> ' CITY PROJECT 2021-01 <br /> DATED OCTOBER 2023 <br /> AD-2-1 NOTICE <br /> 1.01 This Addendum No. 2 dated November 13, 2023, to the Plans, <br /> ' Specifications and Contract Documents for the above captioned <br /> project, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information of the <br /> above-mentioned bid proposal documents,which are hereby <br /> supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> AD-2-2 EXCAVATION PROTECTION PLAN <br /> ' 2.01 Replace Specification Section 02324 Section 1.5.13 with the following: <br /> "Excavation Protection Plan: (Where required to comply with laws <br /> and regulations)Describe excavation dewatering plan, excavation <br /> support system, including,but not limited to, sheeting, shoring, and <br /> bracing materials, connections and installation required to protect <br /> excavations and adjacent structures,roadways, and property; include <br /> structural calculations to support plans, sealed and signed by a <br /> Structural or Professional Geotechnical Engineer licensed in the State <br /> of Illinois. <br /> AD-2-3 AGGREGATE TRENCH BACKFILL <br /> ' 3.01 Granular backfill limits will be reduced to area from station 6+50 to <br /> 9+25 reducing the quantities from 2,000 C.Y. to 650 C.Y.
