SP-3 and SP-4 of the Special Provisions <br /> as follows: <br /> SP-1 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> The work consists of exploratory excavation of water service lines to determine whether the <br /> service line material is galvanized or not. <br /> SP-2 COMPLETION DATE <br /> The completion date of July 31, 2024 has been established for this contract as set <br /> forth in Section 108 of "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction."
