Live System Management Webinars:Assets, Inventory, Maintenance,Vendors, Reports, <br /> and Dashboards. <br /> 11. Go Live Training <br /> a. Typically delivered on site during the first week FASTER Web is deployed and fully <br /> implemented. <br /> b. Full system review followed by comprehensive sessions covering Setup of Users and <br /> Permissions; Inventory; Maintenance, Creating Work Orders; Fuel;Accounting;Vendors; <br /> Reports;and Technician Workstation, <br /> 12. Post Go-Live Training(OPTIONS) <br /> a. Users are invited to attend scheduled FASTER Q&A topic focused sessions to get <br /> questions answered, learn best practices, and sharpen their FASTER Web skills.These <br /> are available for no additional charge for 12 months after Go-Live. <br /> b. Add on programmed training packages are available at scheduled intervals(i.e., <br /> quarterly, semi-annually, and annually)after Go-Live.These packages include review <br /> and reinforcement,advanced specialty training,and new employee introductory <br /> training modules.Training packages are conducted both remotely and in person as <br /> required. <br /> c. New manager training program modules are available to introduce Customer new hire <br /> management to the FASTER Web solution and provide understanding of the tools, <br /> capabilities and reporting analytics to replacement management personnel. <br />
