<br /> valves, PVC back pressure valve, flow sensor, flow indicator, inlet / outlet
<br /> connection tubing, calibration cylinder, pressure gauge,_anc;, pressure switch
<br /> ' in accordance with the included specification.
<br /> 5. Four (4) peristaltic tube pumps for Cationic Polymer feed. Each pump shall be
<br /> installed on existing Polyblend skids and shall be powered and controlled from
<br /> existing Polyblend control panels. Provide base attached to the skid to mount the
<br /> pump.

<br /> 1.03 SUBMITTALS
<br /> 1 A. Submittals shall be made in accordance with Section 01 33 00 — Submittal Procedures
<br /> and Section 01 78 23 — Operation and Maintenance Data.
<br /> B. Complete fabrication, assembly, foundation, and installation drawings, pump curves, and
<br /> operation, maintenance and storage instructions, together with detailed specifications
<br /> and data covering materials used, pump and motor assemblies, parts, devices and other
<br /> accessories forming a part of the equipment furnished, shall be submitted for review for
<br /> each separate pumping unit. Data and specifications for the equipment shall include,
<br /> but not be limited to, the following:
<br /> 1. Manufacturer's literature, illustrations, specifications and engineering data
<br /> ' including dimensions, materials, size, weight, performance data showing, flow
<br /> rate, discharge head, turndown, stroke rate, motor horsepower and speed.
<br /> 2. All calculations on pump selection, pipe sizing, etc.
<br /> 3. Data sheets on chemical compatibility of the wet end materials being furnished
<br /> for each chemical.
<br /> ' 4. Shop drawings showing fabrication, assembly, installation and wiring diagrams.
<br /> Wiring diagrams shall conform to JIC Standards.
<br /> C. Manufacturer's qualifications shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of
<br /> Part 1.04.
