Critical Large Diameter Sewer Rehabilitation. <br /> 2. Sanitary Sewer Overflows Due to Inflow and Infiltration. <br /> 3. System Operation and Maintenance <br /> 4. Small Diameter Sewer Rehabilitation <br /> The Sewer Separation Project will address sanitary sewer priorities 2, 3,and 4. <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: The Loan Ordinance and Railroad Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Legal Department. <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> See Appendix A. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: AECOM,Illinois Environmental Protection Agency <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell,Public Works Director,and Paul Caswell,City Engineer.
