CLEAN CONTAINERS. Garbage and recycling temporarily stored shall be kept <br /> only in approved totes, carts,bins and containers kept clean and closed. APPROVED CONTAINERS. <br /> A. For basic removal service in residential single family, duplex,triplex, fourplex, fiveplex <br /> and sixplex, approved containers for refuse other than landscape waste are the following: <br /> (al) Water-tight bulk containers as defined in Section 2 with attached covers for <br /> commercial pickup. <br /> (b2) Water-tight bulk containers with attached covers for residential pickup of either 64 <br /> gallons or 96 gallons wheeled containers labelled and used exclusively for the purpose of storing <br /> garbage or recyclables for subsequent collection and transportation and meeting approved <br /> standards for automated or semi-automated collection. Larger bulk containers may be leased <br /> from licensed refuse haulers, purchased from licensed refuse haulers or purchased from an <br /> independent source. Approved residential containers shall be provided by the assigned hauler at <br /> no additional fee.
