Chapter 56 Exhibit A <br /> the monthly fee charged to all customers. All containers provided by licensed haulers will remain <br /> the property of the licensed hauler providing them. <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2023-85, December 4, 2023) (Amended, Ordinance No. 2010-89, <br /> December 20, 2010) <br /> B. Approved containers for landscape waste for Basic Service, other than limbs, branches <br /> and wood, are the following: <br /> (a) 33 gallon paper bags designed for composting purposes; or, <br /> (b) Metal or impact resistant plastic water-tight cans of not less than 15 or more than 32 <br /> gallon capacity with tight fitting lids and at least two opposing exterior handles, marked with an <br /> approved yard waste only sticker. (Amended, Ordinance No. 2024-15, February 5, 2024) <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 93-17, March 29, 1993) (Amended, Ordinance No. 90-69, June 18, <br /> 1990) <br /> C. Approved containers for recyclables are the following: <br /> Water-tight bulk containers with attached covers for residential pickup of either 64 <br /> gallons or 96 gallons and meeting approved standards for automated or semi-automated <br /> collection. The totes, carts and containers for recyclables will be provided by the assigned <br /> hauler, unless the customer already has suitable containers meeting the requirements of this <br /> ordinance, and the cost of said containers will be recovered in the base monthly fee charged to <br /> customers, as provided herein. Customers may request a replacement of a privately-owned <br /> container at no charge. (Amended, Ordinance No. 2023-85, December 4, 2023) <br /> 9. BULK CONTAINERS. All bulk containers,_(dumpsters) and detachable units shall <br /> be at all times kept in a place easily accessible to private contractors and shall at all times be kept <br /> clean, neat, painted and in a good state of repair. However, no bulk container (dumpsters) or <br /> detachable unit shall be stored in front of a business, residence, in front of the building line <br />
