New Recipient Training Requirement The recipient agrees to complete the EPA Grants Management Training for or Applicants and Recipients and the How to Develop a Budget training within 90 calendar days of the date of award of this agreement. The recipient must notify the Grant Specialist via email when the required training is complete. For additional information on this training requirement, the recipient should refer to RAIN- 2024-G01.
