The City anticipates <br /> providing the geotechnical report to bidders on or about August 21, <br /> 2024. <br /> 2.02 Revise the time and date of bid opening as follows: <br /> ' TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING BIDS: <br /> Sealed proposals for the improvement described herein will be received at the City <br /> ' Purchasing Division located on the first floor of the Civic Center, #1 Gary K.
