' Vulcan Watermine Pipeline <br /> City Project 2022-22 <br /> September 10, 2024 <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 4 <br /> TO PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> VULCAN WATERMINE PIPELINE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-22 <br /> DATED MAY 2024 <br /> ' AD-4-1 NOTICE <br /> 1.01 This Addendum No. 4 dated September 10, 2024, to the Plans, <br /> ' Specifications and Contract Documents for the above captioned <br /> project, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information of the <br /> above-mentioned bid proposal documents, which are hereby <br /> ' supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> AD-4-2 ADDITIONAL SITE INVESTIGATION; REVISED BID DATE <br /> ' 2.01 The City has contracted with SKS Engineers for geotechnical borings <br /> and a hydraulic fracture analysis related to horizontal directional <br /> ' drilling under the Sangamon River for the project. The City anticipates <br /> providing the geotechnical report to bidders on or about September 20, <br /> 2024. <br /> 2.02 Revise the time and date of bid opening as follows: <br /> iTIME AND PLACE OF OPENING BIDS: <br /> Sealed proposals for the improvement described herein will be received at the City <br /> ' Purchasing Division located on the first floor of the Civic Center, #1 Gary K. Anderson <br /> Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until OCTOBER 161; 2024 AT 10:00 AM and <br /> ' thereafter publicly opened and read. <br /> AD-4-3 REVISED COMPLETION DATE <br /> 3.01 Paragraph 4 of the Contract is revised as follows: The Completion <br /> Date for this project is June 30, 2025. <br /> 1 <br />
