Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of November 07,2024: <br /> Case No. 24-23 Petition of FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH to amend the PD Planned <br /> Development District located at 3350 and 3236 NORTH MACARTHUR ROAD. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Bobby Garner/James Oliver) to forward Case No. 24-23 to the City <br /> Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Joselyn Stewart discussed staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the staff report <br /> distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting (staff report is on file and is available for <br /> reviewing by request). <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members A.G. Webber, Bobby Garner, Maurice Payne, James <br /> Oliver voted aye. Matt Naber and Jim Schwarz recused due to being members of the church. Motion <br /> carried. <br />
