The amendment to the PD zoning would be compatible and consistent with the <br /> surrounding zoning and uses. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the PD Planned Development District request. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> Section XIX.G.2. requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing to review the Plan <br /> Development plan and report its findings concerning the effect on the comprehensive plan and <br /> compliance with the standards of review to the City Council for a final decision.
