2024,to the Community Grant Fund,the CDBG Fund, the HOME Fund, the Public Transit <br /> Fund, Grants Fund, Central TIF Fund, and Community Revitalization Fund on behalf of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 9. That the City Treasurer is hereby, authorized and directed to affect other <br /> interfund cash advances, as may arise, to affect a positive cash position as of December 31, 2024, <br /> to any city funds, on behalf of the City of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 10.
