M 05 —002r- RESOLUTION 0U2r-RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND FILING PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT LOCATED GENERALLY NORTH OF I-72 AND WEST OF STATE ROUTE 48 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS. Section 1. That the Proposed Annexation Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and McLeod Properties, LLC regarding the annexation of territory located generally North of 1-72, West of State Route 48 and legally described on said Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received and placed on file. Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to until the further order of the Council, place and keep said Proposed Annexation Agreement on file in the office of said Clerk and to make the same available at all times during regular business hours for public inspection.
