(d) On January 1, 2024, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by one and five-tenth percent (1.5%), which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (E) On January 1, 2021,the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by one and three-quarter percent(1..75%),which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (F) On January 1, 2022, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by one and four-tenth percent (1.40/o), which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (G) On January 1,2023,the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by three and one-half percent (3.5%), which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. At the next regularly scheduled payroll following January 1, 2023, <br /> Employees subject to chis Agreement shall additionally receive a one-time bonus of one- <br /> half percent(.5%)of their annualized 2023 compensation. <br /> (H) On January 1, 2024,the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by one and four-tenth percent (1.4%), which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (I) On JannaEX 1 2025 the pAy rates for all bargaining 't classifications and stops shall be <br /> inc=sed by four and fQur-tenthe (4,4%). which t et forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (J) On January 1,2026, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by one and four-tenth percent (1.41/9), which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (K) On January 1,2021,the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by one and three-quarter percent(1.75%),which rates are set forth in the attached <br /> Salary Schedules. <br /> (L) On January 1,2028, the pay rates for all bargaining unit classifications and steps shall be <br /> increased by two percent(2.0%),which rates are set forth in the attached Salary Schedules. <br /> (M) In the event non-bargaining unit members receive a common increase in their base pay <br /> during the term of thisagreement inexcessofthepereentages hereinabove set forth,excluding <br /> promotions and merit pay,bargainingunit members shall receive an annual salary adjustment <br /> ofthesamepercentage. <br /> (N) Between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, the Employer reserves the right, upon <br /> written notice to the Union,to re-open and renegotiate financial and economic provisions of <br /> the Agreement only,including,but not limited to Articles XXI and XXIV,unless the parties <br /> mutually agree to re-open other non-financial and economic provisions.
