Agreement No.25-0378-3192301 <br /> "Prior Approval" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Profit" means an entity's total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. "Profit" is <br /> synonymous with the term"net revenue." <br /> "Program" means the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. "Program" is used interchangeably with <br /> "Project." <br /> "Program Costs" means all Allowable Costs incurred by Grantee and the value of the contributions made by third <br /> parties in accomplishing the objectives of the Award during the Term of this Agreement. <br /> "Related Parties" has the meaning set forth in Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB)Accounting Standards <br /> Codification (ASC) 850-10-20. <br /> "SAM" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "State-issued Award" means the assistance that a grantee receives directly from a State agency. The funding <br /> source of the State-issued Award can be federal pass-through, State or a combination thereof. "State-issued Award" does <br /> not include the following: <br /> contracts issued pursuant to the Illinois Procurement Code that a State agency uses to buy goods or services from a <br /> contractor or a contract to operate State government-owned, contractor-operated facilities; <br /> agreements that meet the definition of"contract" under 2 CFR 200.1 and 2 CFR 200.331, which a State agency uses <br /> to procure goods or services but are exempt from the Illinois Procurement Code due to an exemption listed under 30 <br /> ILCS 500/1-10, or pursuant to a disaster proclamation, executive order, or any other exemption permitted by law; <br /> amounts received for services rendered to an individual; <br /> Cooperative Research and Development Agreements; <br /> an agreement that provides only direct cash assistance to an individual; <br /> a subsidy; <br /> a loan; <br /> a loan guarantee; or <br /> insurance. <br /> "Illinois Stop Payment List" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Unallowable Cost" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Unique Entity Identifier"or"UEI" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin.
