L17-2292 <br /> City Project 2022-18 <br /> March 6, 2025 <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> TO PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> SOUTH WTP ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-18 <br /> DATED FEBRUARY 2025 <br /> AD-1-1 NOTICE <br /> 1.01 This Addendum No. 1 dated March 6, 2025,to the Plans, <br /> Specifications and Contract Documents for the above captioned <br /> project, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information of the <br /> above-mentioned bid proposal documents, which are hereby <br /> supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> AD-1-2 PREBID MEETING MINUTES <br /> 2.01 Add the attached pre-bid meeting sign-in sheet and meeting minutes <br /> I from the Pre-Bid Meeting on February 26, 2025. <br /> AD-1-3 PRE-BID SITE VISIT <br /> 3.01 Add the following sentence to paragraph 1 in the instruction to bidders <br /> section of the advertisement for bids: "An optional pre-bid site visit <br /> will be held at the South Water Treatment Plant at 9:00 AM, <br /> March 11,2025." <br /> AD-1-4 CONTRACT AWARD PERIOD EXTENDED TO 90 DAYS <br /> 4.01 REVISE the Project Manual on page 9 the sentence in the first full <br /> paragraph to read as follows: <br /> "....Such proposal guarantees, of the three lowest bidders, may be <br /> retained by the City for a period of 90 days after the date of bid <br /> opening...." <br /> 4.02 REVISE the Project Manual on page 18 the sentence in the first full <br /> paragraph to read as follows: <br /> "....The owner also reserved the right to delay the award of the <br /> ' contract for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the <br /> opening." <br />
