Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of September 4,2025: <br /> Case No. 25-11 Petition of ANNETTE RUSSO to rezone the property located at 280 WEST <br /> NORTH STREET from B-2 Commercial District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District <br /> It was moved and seconded(A.G. Webber/Bobby Garner)to forward Case No. 25-11 to the City <br /> Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Kylie Reynolds presented the staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the <br /> staff report distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting(staff report is on file and is <br /> available for review by request). <br /> Annette Russo, Petitioner,was sworn in by Amy Goodman to ask if there were any questions she <br /> could answer. She explained there is no lower level, and she had previously used it <br /> commercially and now she would like to sell it for residential use. No further discussion. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members A.G. Webber, Matt Naber, Bobby Garner, Maurice <br /> Payne, Jim Schwarz,Andrew Taylor, James Oliver, Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried. <br />
